Darul Iftaa Jiwar Al-Mustafa is overseen by Mufti Ayyub Jeena. Mufti Saheb is a graduate of Darul Uloom Azaadville, and has graduated in Ifta under Hazrat Mufti Muhammad Saeed Motara Saheb حفظه الله. The Darul Ifta has been initiated with the permission of Hazrat Mufti Muhammad Saeed Saheb.
